| Only the correctness is ensured can we acquire an ideal data collection
All the interviewers involved in the project will be highly screened and trained before the field work. |

1. We adopt a way of extensively sampling rather than sampling only in the household committees, which can make our sampling more scientific and accurate.
2. The sample size conducted by each interview can not exceed 10% of the total sample size, which can minimize man-made error.
3. Our quality controllers will back check 30% of the questionnaires by telephone and 20% by visiting respondents¨ home. Any cheating discovered in the back check will be reported to the supervisors. Once found to be problematic, the questionnaire will be taken out and the interviewer will be cancelled from our field work team.
4. Quality control report will be delivered to the client at the end of the project.

1. All the respondents taking part in the focus group will be screened for three times
2. For the first time , respondents are screened according to the screening questionnaire
3. For the second time, our supervisor will ask the respondents some questions by telephone. If he or she is the right person for the study, his or her information will be recorded in the recruit list, and the respondent will be told that he or she has been included in our invitation list;
4. For the third time, 30 minutes before the FGD, respondents are asked to fill out a re-screening questionnaire to further evaluate his or her qualification. Our supervisors will then talk briefly with the respondent to evaluate if he or she is expressive and quick-minded enough to participate the FGD.
5.We strive to select the most eligible respondents to attend our focus group. Transcriber will be asked to finish full transcription within 2 days. Standards for transcription are set to make sure of the quality. |

1.Both of the screening and re-screening of respondents are done by our professional supervisors.
2. Supervisors will inspect the interviews to make sure of the interviewing skills and recording quality. If an interviewer is found to be making mistakes, the interview will be stopped and the interviewer will be required to watch other interviews.
3. All the questionnaires use in central will be brought back and kept confidential.
